We began as an AWS systems integrator in the early days of cloud computing.
We started focusing on AI because we kept seeing the same wasteful pattern across businesses: skilled knowledge workers, hired for their judgement, spending most of their time eyeballing, keying and matching paperwork instead, while documents kept arriving faster than they could clear them. AI lets them focus on the decisions that actually need a human, while it handles the processing.
"Do more with less" is what AI unlocks for them and Axrail is its most vociferous evangelist to businesses.
Meet Kelvin Kok
Kelvin founded Axrail and still leads its architecture. His team manages more than 200 AWS accounts across Singapore and Malaysia, delivering cloud infrastructure, data platforms and AI document processing for businesses across the region.
Under his leadership, Axrail earned the two AWS credentials behind this work, AWS Premier Partner status and the AWS Generative AI competency, and was named a finalist for AWS Partner of the Year 2025 in both Singapore and Malaysia. Axrail is also an authorised reseller for Anthropic, the AI company behind Claude.
Kelvin speaks and writes regularly on AI adoption and cloud transformation, and every article on this site is published under his name. His advice to businesses starting with AI is on the record and has not changed: start with a proof of concept, validate it, and build from there.
