This policy covers the personal data Axrail Pte. Ltd. collects through this website. It is written for Malaysia PDPA and Singapore PDPA.

What we collect, and why

The only place this site collects personal data is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive your first name, phone number and the country it belongs to, email, company name, position, which service you're interested in, how you heard about Axrail, and any question you choose to write. We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation. We do not use them for marketing or tracking.

Where your data goes

Your submission is delivered through our email provider, Resend, which acts as a processor, and arrives in an Axrail inbox. It is not stored in a database on this site, and this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. A spam check by Cloudflare Turnstile runs before your message is sent; it confirms you are a person and does not receive your message.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for 90 days, then remove it. To be honest about how that works: retention here is an operational control over an inbox, applied by our team, rather than something enforced automatically in code. If you want your details removed sooner, ask us and we will remove them.

Your rights

Under Malaysia PDPA and Singapore PDPA, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to us at either office below and we will act on your request.
