AI Launchpad Program

The AI Launchpad Program is a structured three-month training journey designed to groom future leaders. You will gain exposure to real business scenarios through projects, simulations, and case studies instead of daily operational tasks, building critical problem-solving skills, leadership insights, and hands-on project experience.

Over three months you will work toward mastery in serverless development, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise-grade systems on real-world projects. The structured pathway takes you from foundations to production, prepares you for the AWS Certified Developer, Associate (DVA-C02) examination, and ends with a transition into a full-time developer role.

Core serverless development

• Build scalable apps with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway and CDK.
• Explore advanced patterns: batch processing and orchestration.
• Deliver production-ready serverless applications.

AI development and enterprise integration

• Develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications.
• Implement resilience patterns and enterprise authentication.
• Integrate AI into enterprise-scale systems.

Production excellence and certification

• Gain hands-on experience with payment systems and security best practices.
• Learn to build scalable and high-performance solutions.
• Work toward achieving AWS certification.
• Transition into a senior developer pathway.

Who we're looking for

• Final-year students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Familiarity with basic programming: Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Interest in cloud computing (AWS), AI/ML, or serverless architecture.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Eligibility criteria

• Students who have completed their degree, are graduating, or are in their final semester or practical phase.
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
• Previous internship or project experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Academic excellence with a minimum 3.0 CGPA or equivalent.
• Leadership roles in college activities are valued.
• Certifications in relevant domains strengthen candidacy.
• Coding tests and case studies are part of the selection process for technical roles.
