What will I be doing?
1. Application Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for cloud-hosted applications and services.

Diagnose, analyze, and resolve application-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Collaborate with development teams to identify and address root causes of recurring problems.
2. Incident and Ticket Management:

Manage and prioritize support tickets using tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting processes in a knowledge base.
3. API and Application Monitoring:

Monitor application performance using tools like AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, or Datadog.

Analyze logs and metrics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
4. Cloud Infrastructure and Data Management:

Architect and deploy scalable data solutions using AWS services like Redshift, EMR, and S3.

Use Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation) to automate deployments.
5. Automation and Enhancements:

Develop scripts or tools to automate common support tasks and improve efficiency.

Provide feedback to development teams for application improvements and bug fixes.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Experience in troubleshooting application issues, including debugging logs and resolving errors.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS services like Lambda, RDS, and S3.

Basic knowledge of APIs and tools like Postman for testing and debugging integrations.

Strong logical and analytical thinking skills to solve complex application problems.

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic.

Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or AWS CLI) for automation tasks.

Relevant AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
