tech initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (up to 2 years’
experience) to gain hands-on exposure in project coordination, cloud technologies, and AI-
driven solutions.
As a Project Executive at Axrail, you will:

Support the planning and execution of digital transformation projects (cloud, AI, and data-related)

Assist Project Managers in preparing project documentation, schedules, and reports
-
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure smooth communication
-
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and flag risks or issues
-
Learn and apply AWS tools and project management practices to drive efficiency
Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status reports

Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items
-
Track and update project progress using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project
-
Support project documentation (scope, risks, issues, change logs, compliance requirements)

Assist in budget tracking, resource allocation, and reporting
-
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
-
Contribute ideas on how GenAI and AWS services can improve project delivery

Participate in project closure activities including documentation and lessons learned
Your Mission
️📐 Core Competencies

0–2 years of experience in project coordination, IT, or related internships (fresh grads encouraged to apply)

Familiarity with project management concepts (Agile/Scrum exposure is a plus)

Interest in cloud technologies and AI (AWS knowledge is an advantage but not required)

Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
